The purpose of the scientific journal “HERALD OF ODESA NATIONAL MARITIME UNIVERSITY” is to provide a platform for publishing the results of contemporary scientific research, to promote the development of science, and to facilitate the implementation of new knowledge in the fields of maritime transport, engineering, economics, and related disciplines.
