Abstract

The article examines the composite document flow management model of the stevedoring activities organisation at marine terminals. Formally, the process of document circulation is presented in the form of three finite sets and connections of the sets’ elements between themselves. The mathematical model of this process is presented in the form of a triple: a set of participants, a set of actions, a set of document states. The input and output parameters that form the document flow of the terminal are described. An information model for the organization of ship processing at the marine terminal has been developed.
