Abstract

The conceptual model of cognitive management of specialist training programs and projects, which was built by the author and presented as a set of models and methods contributing to the effectiveness of the implementation of specialist training programs in conditions of uncertainty, is considered. The stages of the life cycle of projects and programs are characterized, at which the related goals and objectives are implemented. Implementation of a conceptual model with the use of cognitive mechanisms of information transformation contributes to the achievement of a certain goal in improving the transformation of current knowledge and making management decisions in conditions of uncertainty or risks.
