Artificial intelligence in the Moodle system

Abstract

The article examines the possibilities of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into the Moodle distance learning system. It explores the automation of routine tasks such as preparing test questions, adapting educational content, and creating personalized learning trajectories. Special attention is given to the use of ChatGPT tools and OpenAI platforms for developing and configuring intelligent assistants. The authors identify the main advantages, challenges, and ethical aspects of AI implementation in distance education. The article provides practical recommendations for applying AI to enhance the learning process.
