Abstract
The article examines the quality control process of grain cargoes in accordance with the requirements of the International Grain and Feed Trade Association GAFTA. The peculiarity of using the practice of grain cargoes sampling and carrying out analyses was determined, as well as the feasibility of using a practical guide containing a set of minimum standards for conducting professional independent quality inspections was proven.
