The methodological principles of adaptive managment of loading and anloading of ships

Abstract
The study was carried out with the aim of creating methodological support adaptive control of the process of loading and unloading of ships. This process is interpreted as a complex dynamic system with a reliable structure over short time intervals. It is shown that the achievement of this goal should be carried out on the basis of the smart port concept by intellectualizing adaptation as tools for implementing smart control by the mentioned process. It is noted that the advanced orientation remains poorly understood and requires in-depth research taking into account modern scientific trends in the field of management of production systems and processes. In accordance with this conclusion, an approach to the creation of a mechanism for managing the processing of vessels at a certain time with analysis of the logic of structuring, parameterization and division on stages steps. A two-loop adaptive control model was created by potential of software (planning), tracking (monitoring) and stabilizing (control regulation) in sliding (mobile) mode. A theoretical and methodological arsenal of adaptive control of the processing of loading and unloading of ships in the form of adaptive optimization algorithms for continuous maintenance of situational and calendar plans for loading and unloading of ships. The first of these algorithms is to manage a certain set of vessels that are accepted for service by the port over a set period of time. The second algorithm is intend a for drawing up adjustments and re-drawing up calendar plans for servicing locally considered vessels. Correct methods for solving local problems of ship maintenance management are proposed, which are distinguished by their simplicity, practical expediency in implementation.
