Abstract
The ship elevators are important part of the production funds of the ship repairing yards. They make sure the possibility of the exploitation of Ukraine fleet. The need of quantitative definition of the ship elevators arise on stages of the planning oz the project. Adduce method of this calculation for floating docks, most widespend in Ukraine. Adduce also methods of calculation necessity of the coast ship elevators.
