Abstract
During the operation of the vessel, the freight market conditions and fuel prices may change significantly. Therefore, when justifying projects for the acquisition and operation of ships, such changes should be taken into account. This article proposes a methodology for assessing the NPV of projects for acquiring bulk carrier vessels, taking into account the dynamics of future changes in freight rates and fuel prices.
